The perfect storm of remote, refined and remarkable is how event and meeting planners consider the resort’s transformational and inspirational offering of intimate, great camp luxury located in the middle of a truly wild, million-acre temperate rainforest reserve. Bespoke, best describes the philosophy behind design and delivery of all three, four and seven night packages, inclusive of everything more-or-less, including return floaplane fare from YVR South.
Just 25 guest tents can accomodate private groups of 50 (ideal, but up to 70) people for incentive and corporate travel. We regularly host corporate groups of 10 and 20 guests, custom tailoring, activities, meals, meetings and transport; assigning private meal and lounge space to suit. Resort grounds and dramatic, exotic environs lend themselves to team-building and creative inspiration, but also promise rare opportunity and luxurious reward.

The Cookhouse and dining tents have closed wifi systems (unlike guests tents, which are open), but can be activated on demand for presentation and group connectivity – with or without on-board AV assistance. Our two dining tents, games tent, library tent, billiards tent, waterfront lounge, timber cookhouse, and 25 guests tents can be yours, in whole or in part, depending on season and availability. The services of a contracted meeting planner and associated extras would be quoted separately.
