Last year, the resorts offered two private label wines. Both wines, the Hester Creek Chardonnay and the Hester Creek Cabernet Franc offered guests extraordinary value. The goal of the private label program was to provide guests with excellent red and white wines that were reasonably priced, plus accommodate a wide range of food-pairing opportunities.
The 2001 season will bring different private label wines, but for now, Chef is keeping the inside information under his hat. And finally for spring, there will be a private label bottled spring water. The spring water, from a sealed acquifer hundreds of feet beneath a mainland rainforest is 100% pure, complimentary to guests.
