Clayoquot Wilderness Resorts & Spa, located in the fragile Clayoquot Sound Biosphere reserve, was founded in 1997 by Clayoquot Wilderness Resort Ltd.

The resorts have grown into a golden triangle of adventure which begins and ends in the tiny village of Tofino on the western-most edge of Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada.

Clayoquot Wilderness Resorts & Spa promises discriminating travellers two world-renowned ultra-luxurious eco-resorts, four-star accommodations, otherworldly coastal cuisine, super natural adventure, and some of the most breathtakingly beautiful wilderness frontier left on the planet.

Remarkable

A wilderness so lush and exotic, so dense with visible wildlife that National Geographic magazine deemed it an upside-down rainforest (Feb, 2002).

Quait Bay Floating Resort, Vancouver Island

Not 30 minutes by water taxi or floatplane from Tofino, tranquil Quait Bay shelters the resorts' flagship 16-room floating lodge, an onshore longhouse conference facility, a brand new Healing Grounds Spa, two private lakes and thousands of acres of wild.

Equidistant from Tofino, and just a few miles from Quait Bay as the eagle flies, rests the über-luxe 21st-century-eco-safari style Wilderness Outpost at Bedwell River.

Situated at the mouth of the Bedwell, where it spills into a nine-mile-long fjord, an enclave of 23 great white canvas guest tents, spa tents, dining tents, lounge tents and a massive timber cookhouse offers a delicious paradox of indulgent luxury and remote, untamed wilderness.
