The newly-expanded Outpost is better-equipped than ever to handle small and medium-sized
corporate retreats. The new ranch-style cookhouse can accommodate up to 75 theatre-style,
and more than 100 for cocktail-style receptions. The new family suite tents can
be called into service with existing deluxe guest tents, to sleep up to 46 guests
( up to 60 for family-oriented events like weddings and reunions) in complete
luxury. A further 8-10 event planners and support staff can be accommodated in
bunk houses.

The beautiful cedar longhouse conference facility sits on-shore at Quait
Bay, overlooking the ocean and surrounding mountains. The four-season facility
seats 10-100 comfortably and fully equipped with kitchen, full-service bar, dry
room and executive washrooms.
The 9-ft wide copper-hooded firepit invites
round-table format discussion and does double-duty as a post-meeting showcase
for traditional song and dance ceremonies, and seafood roasts. Massive cedar doors
slide open onto wrap-around decks that can accommodate 100 for receptions or dining.
