Remote, refined and remarkable is how event and meeting planners describe the resort’s offering of intimate, great camp luxury located in the middle of a protected million-acre temperate rainforest.  Facilities are Relais & Chateaux class - nothing wanting, nothing missing.  Only you.

Just 25 guest tents can accommodate private groups of up to 70 people (50 at two [one couple] per tent; up to 70 with children sharing) for weddings, corporate travel, and multi-generational events.  Our two dining tents, games tent, library tent, billiards tent, waterfront lounge, timber cookhouse, and 25 guests tents can be yours, in whole or in part, depending on season and availability.  The services of a contracted wedding or meeting planner and associated extras would be quoted separately.  To learn more about our ultimate destination venue , we invite you to be in touch by email.

Each and every guest tent, regardless of its waterfront, forest or hillside location, is truly beautiful.  Each tent has its own personality and offers distinct and unique views that change daily at the whim of the rainforest.    The Outpost is divided into two areas; the river valley side, where the Cookhouse, spa, lounges, office, and tents 1 thru 16 reside,  and the sunrise side where tents 17 thru 25 exist in seclusion with a waterfront mini spa - cedar hot tub and sauna overlooking the estuary.  We do our best to accommodate requests for specific tents, but due to the intimate size and short season of the resort, assignments are made on a first come, first served basis.  To learn more about availability, we invite you to inquire.
